| Transitions Assignment |
Sorry for the late post.
There is no homework for the weekend. We started the day with a new concept in writing: transitions. I like to call them "sign posts' because that's how they work - they direct the reader through your writing, showing him or her the twists and turns in your argument, your description, or your narrative.

We did a review of Thursday's math lessons in both Math 6 and Math 7, and then introduced extensions to those concepts. We'll finish up the math assignments for both grades on Monday.
After lunch we reviewed the student comments on the socials studies blog post and then ended with a short jog outside.
Parents, please remember that Tuesday is skating. Students should dress appropriately with warm clothes. Don't forget your skates if you indicated you would bring your own. Drivers, here is the list I'm assuming is still correct:
